Mission: The mission of Operation BBQ Relief is to provide compassion and to offer hope and friendship to those whose lives have been affected by disasters across the United States through our expertise in cooking and catering barbecue meals and our ability to quickly mobilize our teams into any area where nature disrupts and tears apart the lives of Americans.

Results: From May 2011 to March 2017 - 1,184,117 meals served in 21 states from 37 disasters 204 days in the field serving food! States are: MO, PA, AL, IL, IN, KS, MI, TX, CO, LA, MS, NY, NJ, GA, OK, SC, NE, AR, WV, NC, TN

Target demographics: Those affected by disasters and the first responders that come to help those communities.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 524,774 hot bbq meals served in 2016

Geographic areas served: Continental United States

Programs: Hot bbq meals to those in need after disaster strikes.
