Causes: Human Services

Mission: To place goods and commodities in the hands of families, groups, and/or individuals who are elderly, young, and/or poor and to enhance lives by bringing comfort and dignity to our fellow man through the giving of earthly goods. This makes for an opportunity to minister and help others, which is the ultimate goal of Operation Sharing Tennessee.

Results: In the years we have operated we've been able to give hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of goods (clothing, food, toiletries, building supplies, etc. . ) to our community and surrounding communities.

Target demographics: the youth, disadvantaged and the elderly

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 400 organizations getting into the hands of thousands in need

Geographic areas served: Scott County

Programs: Operation Sharing Tennessee receives donations of products and provides those products free of charge to other 501(c)(3) or tax exempt entities such as schools, churches, civic organizations, etc. The products are intended for the youth, disadvantaged and the elderly.
