Mission: Operation Smile believes every child suffering from cleft lip and cleft palate deserves exceptional surgical care.

Results: In our 35 years, Operation Smile had a presence in over 60 countries, providing hundreds of thousands of safe surgeries to those who suffer from facial deformities such as cleft lip, cleft palate and other surgically amenable conditions. We build self-sufficiency and sustainable health care infrastructures in our host countries by training local doctors to treat children in their own communities, donating crucial medical equipment and supplies, and creating in country foundations.
