I'm a bedside nurse and I'm on my feet for up to 12-15 hrs per shift. This thing really works!This compression device immediately took my post shift pain from an eight to a zero the very first shift I wore it. I was shocked! I highly recommend if you're having that shin and ankle type of pain.

i like that this item targets the calf area and has a cushion to prevent me from keep straining my calf playing tennis and pickleball

I couldn't walk very well because of my shin splints but this actually allowed me to step forward much better.

This was so helpful with shin issues. Wore it all day, every day and I personally wore it tight. After about a week I saw huge improvements in my shinsplints and havent worn it since but will keepIt on hand for the future!
