Mission: The Oregon Zoo provides comprehensive care for its animals. The Oregon Zoo Foundation elevates that care through the collaboration of countless individuals and organizations. Together with veterinarians, keepers, wildlife experts, and zoo management, we team up to ensure that resources are allocated where they're needed most. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit led by a volunteer board of trustees and income generating activities include fundraising, grant writing, sponsorship and the administration and cultivation of more than 32,000 member households. Since 1997, OZF has contributed over $90 million to support the zoo's animal welfare, conservation and education efforts. (Less)
