Mission: To instill a connection and commitment to the environment in people of all communities through experiential learning.

Programs: The organization offers a wide variety of programs & classes during the year to families and individuals age five through adult. Programs range from a few hours (elementary school raptor programs) to several days (full immersion environmental ed. Classes). Some are taught in classrooms while others are off site (lakes, prairies, forests, etc. ) each year there are over 10,500 participants from over 100 elementary, middle and high schools, 34 charter schools and 20 college universities that attend courses onsite at the center. Over 4,700 people of all ages attended 1 of 42 off site wildlife education outreach programs. Thousands of newsletters are sent out each year to k-12 schools, colleges and the general public to promote program attendance and environmental awareness.
