Mission: Our Military Kids supports military children (ages 3 - 18) by funding sports, arts, and other extracurricular activities while a parent is deployed with the National Guard, deployed with the Reserve, or recovering from severe injuries sustained in a post-9/11 overseas mission. Participation in these activities helps military children cope with stress and build self-confidence during an otherwise difficult time in their lives.

Results: More than 77,000 activity grants given worth $30 million since our founding in 2004!

Target demographics: Children (ages 3-18) of deployed National Guard and Reservists and wounded Veterans

Direct beneficiaries per year: Provided grant awards to cover fees for nearly 4,000 military children.

Programs: sports, arts, camps and academic tutoring.
