Might be great for lifeguards or those who need to be in the sun but I wanted a hat for vacation and it 1) looked ridiculously large 2) I didn't fit through doorways.

If you are looking for a farmer's fedora this is one to get! I saw they have an XL size available and ordered one on the off chance that it would fit my enormous noggin. It fits great! I have a hard time finding hats that are big enough and this one fit great.

I live in Hawaii, Hats and sun protection are required. I think this is the third one of these I have purchased.They typically last two or three years on me. I walk my dog every day or perhaps he walks me but we get out and this hat gets used a lot when I am at home or out in the garden.

Love the hat. It's a bit pricey for what we get. Some other lessor known brands offer more, for a more reasonable price. Do you homework, you could save some cash.

This was a perfect hat for our beach vacation but beware it breaks easily. The first one that was delivered had several spots where the wicker was broken so I ordered a replacement. The next one showed up in great condition but the first time I adjusted the neck strap the wicker snapped and ripped the grommet right out. Not very impressed with the durability

This hat wasn't expensive but, to my dismay, the 'straw are short pieces and falling out, leaving gaps in the weave. This was for a costume so I didn't need anything particularly durable but it's falling apart before it was ever worn.

Okyes this is my 2nd one. With my use and my daughters usethey love it tooit didn't make through the summer.It's straw! It breaks.But it fits my gigantic melon and shades perfectly. And it's not hot too. Good luck trying to keeping it away from your teens!

I guess I got what I payed. Price was low, provide good cover from the sun. However, the quality is low. I used it two times, and its already coming apart. The material it's too dry, and rigid. With some minor uses will broke, then will begin to come apart in that area. I will continue using it, for as long it last. Then will buy a more expensive with better quality. If I was you, save some extra money, and buy a better quality. Probably will save you money, on the long run.
