These tongs have sharp points that grip the ice well, but can be used, selectively, for other tasks. Many reviews of other tongs mentioned the person using them got pinched and/or cut. These are designed in a u-shape that avoids that. I have average hand strength and they aren't a problem for me to use. They are the right length to fit easily in my drawer, but not small , just right

This tongs are very large and very useful. They easily pick up and hold ice cubes. Highly recommend.

These are well worth the money. Their teeth really do grip an ice cubeone or two at a time, depending on size. Very effective to use in front of guests (instead of hands.).

I got tired of washing my hands whenever I wanted to put an ice cube or two in my glass, so I bought this.Likes:1. It's nice and solid.2. It's stainless steel, so it shouldn't rust.3. My hand strength isn't that great, but this is easy to use.4. It grips an ice cube really well.I can't think of anything negative to say about this, and I recommend it.
