Mission: To help underinsured people with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases get the medications and treatments they need by assisting with their out-of-pocket costs and advocating for improved access and affordability.

Results: Since 2004 PAN has provided more than $4 billion in financial assistance to nearly 1 million patients.

Programs: Every day, the PAN Foundation helps thousands of people living with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases who have health insurance, but are unable to afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with their critical medical treatments. We offer nearly 70 disease-specific funds to help people with their out-of-pocket treatment costs and other types of support, such as financial assistance for transportation costs related to treatment.
