Mission: We assist organizations in helping individuals develop the skills they need to become more caring, responsible and empathetic members of their community. We do this by providing Canine Assisted Social Emotional Learning Programs, training and support. The transformative power of these programs results in a significant heartfelt change.
Results: Our current research addresses the impact of our Canine Assisted Program on youth. The canine program pairs youth with a shelter dog for 15 sessions of social emotional learning lessons and dog training. This curriculum was based on evidence that animal assisted therapy provides physical, emotional, cognitive and psychological support for humans (Habri. org).
