Like it is very small and portable, effective, no strong smell, works for More thank 10 hours after Every complete charge. Don't like that I can't find the same brand lure refills, or am I searching wrong?

Need replacement inserts for attractant.

The unit over the course of a week killed several dozed mosquitos on our back patio. That less to reproduce and bite us. I just leave it plugged in.Biggest problem I have trying to find the correct refills.I hope to take it camping as well.

I like the product very much, but I found that the charger port inside the Zapper comes loose, no way to fix it. I would suggest that once you plug the cord into the Zapper that you NEVER UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE ZAPPER, just unplug the USB end from the electrical outlet to move the Zapper to another place in or out of your home.

not seeing any bugs around the zapper. And when I go outside I am not being bothered by bugs flying at me.

About the same for me, have it a few months now, I never knew which light did what, when I was just looking thru the zapper, it looked like there was a pink light, all I've seen on mine is the white purple, I usually sit it outside cause being from the south they tend to bug u a lot more, I have had none get the zap, r u supposed to actually hear them zap when they enter the gates of ^? lolI really dont know what to set the light on, I have 3 modes, 1st mode is the bright white light, 2nd mode, no white light, just a purple n the middle, 3rd mode back to white, I guess the purple light is on in middle. So which mode is the best to sit outside draw mosquitoes ? I've had 2 or 3 different zappers, even had the one that comes w/ pole to stick n ground hang zapper, it also came w/ the little gas containers then the light that came on, that never worked killing anything either! Now I have one that comes w/ different size poles to stick n groundor u can sit it n the flat holder to sit on a flat surface which I use the most, when I insert some of the poles n, ( we also live near the beach so we get a lot of wind) an the poles will blow over, but I liked it cause it was solar LED when turned on it looked like a burning flame, (really neAt looking) , but caught no bugs! I just don't understand why! I still sit it outside thinking “ONE DAY”I hope I will fine some insects in my zapper!!!! An if that day ever comes, I will post a pic of me holding zapper zooming in even if it's a gnat, jumping up down, laughing neighbors would call someone to take me to a funny farm!!!! lol
