Fan size is not as advertised

Right item at right price, seller quickly responded to minor defect! Nice little spray gun for detail work I have used Binks professionally for decades, along with a DeVilbiss Tekna Copper. Similar to a Harbor Freight gun but better made with a nicely machined aluminum cup. At first there was a leak around the fluid needle, but if you remove the fluid needle, then the fluid nozzle, there is a slotted brass packing screw behind that which can be tightened (gently!) to press a nylon packing around the needle, thereby stopping leaks at that point (similar to nut on a professional spray gun at the trigger). Fluid needle was bent but company quickly sent a replacement. Would definitely buy again!

Paasche always delivers quality products at affordable prices,very good mini gun,i use it for everything from laytex to solvent automotive paints and its an awesome tool to own.

This is the same as the gun from HF, but I think Paasche has them put better quality seals and o-rings in it. I've gotten a lot of use out of mine in the past few months, where the previous one from HF crapped out after just a few hours. I use mine to spray the AK47s I build, so I'm spraying Russian Paint and alcohol, and using acetone to clean it afterwards. It has worked very well so far, no complaints at all.

Works well for Cerakote. One of the few guns out there that meets specs that Cerakote recommends that is a decent price.

The cup and gun threads aren't the same you can't even put the gun together.. for the price this is insane!! Do not buy

It is great for the price. Spray pattern is great. I use it for prepping canvases and when using vinyl masks.

Used one time and cleaned it thru and thru and went to use it again and paint sprayed out of the top hole and paint leaked out the nozzle. My expensive chameleon cerekote went to waste. What a joke.

Bought this item May 2020 and was finally able to give it a try. Overall I like this little spray gun. Easy to clean up and easy to adjust. Actually a little too easy to adjust. Most HVLP guns I've used in the past had the fan adjust on the rear. This one is on the side. It sits just about where your thumb would rest. The adjustment knobs spins quite easily. I found myself accidentally changing the spray fan pattern without realizing it. I took off the know which is held on my a small Phillips screw. I got three small O rings and stacked them around the adjustment shaft. This gives some friction on the knob and should keep it from moving so easily. This is the only reason I can't give it 5 stars. I will also say during my first cleanup with acetone the finish stayed on and didn't start to peel like some other reviews.

I used this gun on the hood of my Mini Cooper s and it did an excellent job!!! Barely any setup fill and spray!!! I use the paasche airbrushes so I was really confident that this gun would go off without a hitch and it did!!!

At first found this to be overpriced. The filter they send with it does not even fit this gun. And can not find one to fit it. The adjustment knobs are not the best either. But there are good points the finish is nice. The stainless cup is easy to clean and the overall function is not bad. And considering I have had to return 2 other brand of similar type guns do to leaking and just wouldnt work. Overall it functions and get the job done. But at this price point it should be much nicer controls.
