I found my carhartt hat on the road, dead of winter, getting run over by cars.. picked it up ran through the wash several times.. It's now my favorite winter hat..Iht will probably last forever..

To reduce wear and tear I wash mine in a traditional washer but DO NOT DRY, let air dry

I had a Carhartt beanie that lasted me through many seasons of wild land firefighting, and then I lost it, so I bought this one. It was not the same. It felt more loose, stretchier, and not in a good way. Like the material was too giving and not as dense. I thought maybe I was just imagining it, you know, romanticizing my lost beanie.But then I found my old beanie! I compared the two and I wasn't just imagining it. The new one is bigger, more stretched out, doesn't seem as dense, won't hold up in the long term the way my old one has. I'm so glad I got my old one back, but I wish they hadn't changed the build on these. People don't know what they're missing, and now Carhartt is just fashion instead of actual good rugged wear.

I'm obsessed! The perfect color! Also super comfortable. For me it does fit a bit snug, but I like that. It keeps my head really warm which is obviously important in a beanie! It easily goes with any outfit, and I've gotten so many compliments on it!

Love this hat!! Little itchy on my forehead but I have sensitive skin though. But that's pretty much ANY hat I try. I love it still it does it's job. Love the color!!!!

Warm and not itchy. Doesn't ride up like some beanies. I got it for myself but my husband uses it too and it still goes back to its original shape and stretch despite him having a massive head.

I absolutely love the color and how soft the material is , I can't wait to wear it soon. Carhartt has always been a brand that I have never heard any complaints from. I will be buying more colors in the future.
