MY grandsons use it for drawing, painting, and pasting construction paper and pictures cut from magazines to. Works just fine and at this price I can let them use as much as they care to.

ART STUDENTS/artists in general: this is awesome for ugly sketch practice - you don't have to feel bad about wasting nice sketchbooks/trees when learning to draw something new! I'm using this to practice perspective and it's a god send! Also the sheets come loose. not a big deal, I actually like that!
