Literally go through a stack of these each year. They are sturdy and provide necessary support for cakes not on a serving plate.

I use these cane boards under all of my round cakes , whether they be for my use or to give away. I dont have to find a cake plate to give with the cake or try to get back. I always have them in my pantry

I am so happy I bought these. I used to always frost my cakes on a dinner plate but this always made my cakes dip in the middle since the dinner plates were not completely flat. Since I've been using these they no longer dip in the middle and perfectly fit my cake stand.

I use these under a cake that I carry in my Rubbermaid cake holder to someone's house. That way, I can easily transfer it to their cake platter. I can also leave the rest of the cake without leaving my cake holder. Great idea! Oh and once I actually re-used one I had used with a dolly under a plain poundcake that was eaten the next day. It didn't get dirty at all. I wrapped it in foil and re-used it. They're quite sturdy.

I love these cake boards. I use them when making cakes for my family. I no longer am concerned whether I get my plates back. They are sturdy, nicely fitting in a standard cake cover, too!
