My grandson loves these cookies. He is 18 and autistic and we make these every Saturday morning. No other will do. They are his cookies bigger

This is my favorite cornbread mix. It is moist and delicious. Also you can decide if you want to add less sugar since it is not in the mix. I definitely recommend this mix.

This is the best gluten free chocolate cake mix ever!! I substitute applesauce instead of eggs and use olive oil. SO DELICIOUS!! Moist, fluffy! SO good.

This is the best gluten-free/dairy free cake I have ever made! Very moist, tastes amazing! Also, comes out great if you use Just Egg to make it vegan.

My husband and I have tried several GF cookie mixes and this one is the best. One note - we like to substitute Smart Balance butter instead of standard butter because it gives the cookies a crispy edge with a more cake-like center (our preference). Regular butter will give you an all-over crispier texture throughout. Either way, we highly recommend. Enjoy!

Delicious! My husband (who is not gluten free) says this comes out even better than Jiffy. I can't compare to that but this is certainly my favorite mix of all the gluten free that I've tried. Bonus points for getting my husband to love it perhaps even more than me, I love being able to eliminate duplicate items (gluten-full and gluten free) on the grocery list between him and I. Highly recommend!

Who knew that a mix like this would taste so good. Add some chocolate chips to kick it up. Went over very well. No one had leftovers.

We have gluten, dairy and egg intolerances in our family. Pamela's Cornbread easily allows for dairy and egg substitutions. We are so very thankful for Pamela's products! Go for it! You will LOVE this cornbread!!!

I made tamale pie tonight with this. I was expecting yuck. This was a good or better than the usual cornbread mix I use. I used 3/5 the sugar called for and milk instead of water. My family loved it.

Honestly you won't find a better, easier mix. We use this for brownies all the time. Add a few more chocolate chips and they will be decadent!

I've been using this mix for years now, because all of my friends, as well as family, including myself, believe it is the best tasting most moist recipe-mix of chocolate cake that is available. And since so many people, including myself, are gluten and dairy intolerant, it's a winner.
