Compared to other gluten free cake mixes, this makes a superior cake. Literally no other brand is able to bake up such a moist cake with a perfect vanilla flavor. Loved this for whipping up a quick dessert in a 9” square pan. It has a wonderful texture that is just like a regular cake. I am adding a video I made for my daughter to see the texture. Hope it helps!
