My granddaughter is 8 she loves cornbread but not the glue tin, I am diabetic and white flour is not good, so we both loved it, tasted wonderful , will buy again

This flexible mix can be used in a variety of ways. It is quick and easy to prepare, and you can have fresh, homemade(ish) cornbread or muffins in a short time.The package directions call for sugar, however being from the South, I find sweet cornbread appalling. So I simply leave out the sugar and get authentic southern cornbread without any other alterations to the recipe.This is a convenient, organic, Non-GMO mix for quick cornbread or muffins.

I absolutely love this cornbread mix. Tastes just like what I grew up with before the onset of my gluten allergy. And I love that it has no sugar.

Full disclosure I got this at retail in the gluten-free aisle to try but I will be buying it again! I made the original recipe but since it's New England reduced sugar to 1/3 cup. I'm doing lol FODMAP so I knew I could have the lobster but not much else and this fit the bill for an excellent accompaniment! Even the gluten tolerant people were so happy with this cornbread which is moist, just sweet enough, so tender and not crumbly!

This cornbread mix is great. I use about 1/3 less sugar than the package recipe as I don't want it too sweet but either way delicious. My daughter has celiac and loves cornbread. This has been a delightful find and everyone loves it. Nothing feels for tastes missing. Cannot recommend this enough.
