This mix is so versatle.The no sugar version is really good.I make mine vegan by using JustEgg.Delicious with a spicy chili.

Pamela's is the best GF cornbread. You can't even tell it is gluten-free!!! My store has been out for some time, so glad I was able to find it online.

I have tried many gluten free products but Pamelas has the best tasting gluten free corn bread mix as well as the best tasting brownie mix.

I have tried several GF waffle mixes. I love Williams Sonoma and Kodiak all for different reasons. This is a great one too

As usual, Pamela's brand did not disappount me. GF baked goods just can't ever meet the quality, taste, value, etc....However, thru trying many brands, Pamela's is one of my favorite of two gf mixes

I liked that there were options/variations and that one bag filled my muffin tin. I added mashed bananas and vanilla and left out any other sweetners. My family was very happy to eat them. I will buy the mixes again.

Texture is pretty good. All Gluten free tends to end up a bit cakey, but this isn't really bread, it's cake, so it's fine. I've been known the substitute 1/2 c of honey for 1/2 c of water, and it makes the coloring darker, and adds a little to cook time, but the flavor is something else. Also nice too, if you have some leftover corn on the cob from your BBQ, cut off the kernels and add to your cake. Like I said, even non-Gluten Free people have liked the recipe, have asked for my corn bread, so that tells you a lot.

This is my favorite gluten free cornbread by far! It's buttery, sweet and delicious. You know a gluten free product is good when the folks around you love it and don't know it's gluten free!
