I got this for my dad who is on the shorter side, but a large and it fit great. The color looked great and it did its job!

I bought the grey, white and black one, two of which were for my husband and one for myself. He wears has a larger chest and shoulder span (6'1 and 185lb), so a large fit perfectly on him, while a large was much longer and slightly baggier on me (5'7 and 175lb) but that is what I wanted! We wore them in India to keep us cool in the heat and protect us from the sun, which it did amazing! Incredibly comfortable and, in my opinion, works for males and females.

Great for hot weather and protection from sun. Went on a hiking trip and this shirt kept me cool in the sun and was very breathable.

Granted, I have only worn and washed a couple of times, but so far, they are good. A long time ago, i purchased athletic/workout shirts that I really liked, but forgot where I got them from. Have occasionally bought others, but have consistently been dissatisfied - either because of poor manufacturing, short sleeve length, or a combination of both. I do not think I have extra long arms, but I do like the sleeves to come down slightly below the wrist. Alot of workout shirts I have purchased are about an inch (or more) too short.These from Baleaf are a perfect length and seem pretty well made. At this point, they are recommended, albeit with limited usage. Will update if I start having problems with the manufacturing.
