Great for upgrading your pullout cord to twist lock external cord. Eliminated hassle of stuffing cord through hole in wall. Eliminated entry point of bugs, ants , and mice.

The socket replaces OEM exactly on the trailer. However the cord side doesnt fit unless you Dremel out one of the tang holes. Otherwise I had purchased a new 15 foot cord and it plugged in no problem. I would have given 5 stars but that one small part that needed modification would be troublesome for those who dont know how to modify it.

This was literally a drop in replacement for the gaping hole in the side of my camper. Chose the large plate and even the old screw holes lined up.

Very easy install. Does what it is supposed to. The only thing I think bad is it is over priced. I sell electrical products every day. If it wasn't for needing the cover, the plug and cap can be bought for about $20. Just can't get the cover cheap enough to make it worthwhile.

Fits perfectly and is great for replacing the pullout cord that's nothing but an easy entry for rodents.Instructions are terrible. It's a black and white photo copy so you can barely see the pictures and the writing is so small that you need a magnifying lens.Overall it is a good product

Exactly what I was looking for. I dont care for the extra parts, but it fits to convert my pull out plug to a solid twist lock. I would suggest also buying sealant to close the gap against the aluminum trailer siding.

Great kit. I bought this kid to update the old style, as I had tons of heat coming through the mouse hole. I am impressed with the quality and ease of installation. Only thing I would add is some silicone behind the mounting plate.

My 2009 camper had the pull-out style AC cordthis looks and operates much nicer. Kit includes parts to convert you older cord with the proper end plug

Thank you for adding the black cover easy to install. I removed the power cable and used 30 10-2 for inside the trailer I had good access to get to the junction box. The backing plates are metal that worked out great. Everything lined up great was done in less then a hour nice clean install
