Replaced the battery in my Remington rotary razor. . Took a little time to get it all apart, and to 34;Solder34; in the new battery but it is back to working like new. Make sure you know how to solder as I don't think most razors are really meant to have their batteries replaced.

Battery worked very well but the positive tab came with rust that needed to be removed prior to using.

These totally revived my 20 year old Remington electric razor. I had nurtured it along for along time by keeping it plugged in while using but finally the batteries were so bad, it wouldn't even do that anymore. These razors are not designed to have the batteries replaced so I had to perform medium level surgery to change them but as opposed to spending $150 plus for a similar type of shaver today, it was worth the effort. It charges and holds the charge for a long time and I don't have to leave it plugged in to use it anymore. Would definitely buy again. The batteries I received did have the polarity marks (, -) on the ends.

Battery must have sat around a long time, or something like that. Would not charge fully, and does not hold a charge nearly as long as a new battery should. Honestly, not much better than the 5 year old battery it replaced.

replaced the 200mAhr cell in my cordless hair trimmer - exact same size as original cell but 5x capacity - worked great. leads on battery are long enough to solder without heating up cell

Needed to replace the 3 NiCd cells in my vintage Commodore calculator. Used to just solder wires to the ends of standard cells but this was much cleaner and professional looking. Used the fourth cell for my Braun rechargeable shaver that I nearly destroyed trying to get it apart. Charged them up and all is good.
