If you are still using the cheap blue plastic ones that come with a solder kit, throw it away and get this. $20 may seem a little expensive but its well worth it. There is a silicone tip that allows you to isolate the solder point to allow the suction to actually work much better than just a plastic tip. All in all, if you solder anything on electronics, this is a must have.

Easy to use, feels must more solid than previous other similar products I've used. Good suction, and does what it's supposed to. Comes with some extra tubing for the tip as well.

Love it! Nothing comes close. Extra tubing was a bonus. Works like a charm. Have bought 2 of these and would buy a third. Incredibly well made. Easy to use, clean and keep in working order.

This is a well made pump. My only complaint is the release button is requires a good amount of pressure to activate. This cause me to move my hand which takes the nozzle away from the solder blob. Takes a few tries to get it

I have never ever in my life managed to desolder a through-hole component as quickly and easily with just a desoldering pump and a soldering iron. This is just wow - running circles around any other pump I've tried because of that flexible heat resistant silicone tube. Pure joy to use.

I never thought I could ever find any Japanese products these days. This device is made solid, durable and designed to last forever if used and maintained properly. Step by step instructions included with a spare silicon tube. If you're the type of person who values quality and keeps tools for a long time, this is the tool you need.
