Mission: To humanely reduce the population of free-roaming cats in rhode island by applying the proven trap, neuter, return, monitor protocol.

Programs: Provide trapping assistance to ri residents related to free-roaming (feral, stray, abandoned) cats. In 2017,1,301 feral cats were spayed/neutered, vaccinated and returned to the field. 243 other cats and kittens were spayed/neutered and vaccinated, then socialized and adopted out. 461 other sick and injured cats were provided with general veterinay care.

acquire a building that would be the location of veterinary services provided at reduced cost to low income pet owners in addition to providing care for sick and injured cats. After determining the cost to be prohibitive, the soft costs incurred for a site survey, legal and architectural fees were expensed for the abandoned project.
