I wondered why this one cost more, I get it now. The patented thumb strap, not on any of the others, is why this one actually works. When my hand starts to hurt, I strap it on, and the pain is immediately gone. Will be ordering for my other hand now that I know how well it works.

I have painful joints in my thumbs. My hand therapist encouraged me to purchase these. I wear them as I sleep. In the day time I wear another support as they are the ones the therapist made and molded to my own hands.These support gloves should be comfortable and breathable and they are. Make sure you tape measure your entire circumstanceof each hand so you get the correct sizing.

I cut off the wrap around piece as it was too much bulk between the thumb and forefinger and trimmed the palm part to make it quite comfortable.

I really like this. It does help support my hand and thumb. My only problem is, my skin is fragile, and it rubs at the edges. I put a tissue in at the edge, so it does not rub on my and or wrist.
