I found these a few years back and my girls (Goldens 10 and 4) absolutely love them. Been buying them ever since.

These are basically flat tennis balls that bounce about 25 of the initial height. Go for foam ones instead.

The balls are not as hard as normal tennis balls. They squash easily and don't bounce the same. Better for children playing in a yard than actual tennis

I don't play tennis; I bought these for my dogs. The tennis balls are large and bounce well.

Excellent tennis balls for younger children. Light weight. Less bounce.

Perfect balls to use for young (3-8) beginner tennis players. Red tennis balls are made to be lower compression (less bounce) and larger than your standard yellow tennis ball, and the other colored balls (green and orange). Keep in mind that the wind will affect this ball more than the other balls because it is larger and lighter. These balls are still hard enough to hurt someone especially eyes, so play carefully. I would not recommend it for indoor use even though they are soft unless you have the proper setup with nothing breakable around. Has lasted over a year hitting once a week for about one hour with four children. They do show heavy wear though which should be expected.

had some surgery and needed to use a walker for a few days. The PT that came suggested use of a tennis ball at base on walker to buffer movement on floor. These were perfect for the job.

These balls become dead after couple of matches. Other then that they are fine.

I bought these for the kids to use to start playing tennis. What's nice is the slow bounce allows them to hit the ball so they have way more fun than with a traditional ball.

I don't know about tennis but it's a great dog ball, it glows in the dark and won't hurt the walls, furniture...

These are the balls used in my son's intro to tennis classes for early elementary aged kids. We bought a few packs to practice with on our own and I'm glad we did--he's able to control the ball and we can volley with some success. I feel like a champion when my wife and I volley with these--the only trouble is when we switch to regular balls as it's difficult to adjust to the increased velocity.

It is exactly what I expected. 4 yr old starting red ball and we wanted a few at home to practice with. Great quality so far. Would order again!

These aren't as durable as regular tennis balls for my dogs, but the softer pressure, slightly larger size, and biased colors make these a great win. I am making a huge assumption, but I suspect that the felt and squishiness of these is probably a little easier on their teeth, too. Plus, since they bounce less they're less likely to go over the fence. All in all, my favorite tennis balls for the yard and my pups prefer them.
