I like the color. The ink tends to bleed through the paper.

They bleed through paper pretty badly so they don't work for journaling (which was why I bought them.) I do like the fine point tip but if you're looking for a pen to journal with the fine point Flair pens are better.

It's a fine pen, but there there are plenty of others that perform better and are quite available. For my part I'll stick withnbsp; Sakura 30062 6-Piece Pigma Micron Ink Pen Set, Black On the positive side: this marker writes very smoothly, the ink is very dark and supposedly a permanent pigmented ink. It doesn't bleed or feather badly, but it does therefore take a little longer ( 62; 30 seconds) to dry; I don't rate that as a bad thing, but know before you go. On the negative side, it is not particularly a fine point, much less 34;extra fine34;, as advertised. I eyeball it at about 0.5mm, with a relatively light hand. You can get some line weight variation by employing quick, gentle strokes for thinner lines and slower, heavier strokes for wider lines. For a pigmented ink I didn't find it particularly water resistant (after several minutes to dry), but perhaps with more time it would perform better. For my purposes I will probably use it almost solely to stipple, as it produces very nice, consistently sized round dots easily.
