Only thing to use if your wanting a VW not to leak oil.Or any other gasket for that matter.I've been using it for over 20yrs.

The last bottle lasted me 25 years. I am looking forward to this one lasting as long. Its not as thick (consistency) as the previous bottle. They changed the formula, so now it releases better than the old stuff did. I recommend this for any type of engine work. Makes working on antique tractors better as it seals the joints that otherwise would have leaked.

Very good product I use this 3 instant of ordinary gasket that I normally use with my 2 stroke scooter cylinder and cylinder head ( kind of worry befor I kick it because it seem not really dry like how I expect ) so far it hold up really well no leak what so ever, love it no more cutting gasket from now on . Recommend product permatex 3 . Only one thing that I do not like is the brush that come with it if they come flat will be much easier to control when use it .Thank you saler

This stuff is magic! It's easy to use and really works. I've used it on transmission pan gaskets, rubber O rings, and vintage motorcycle carb gaskets. I have also found that the clean up process is easy.
