Tasty and easy to use. I had a Carmel apple party for kids from 3-9 and everyone made an apple easy and loves eating them. I made my husband 3 and he loves them. I ate several myself and we aren't sweet eating people. It melts easy in microwave but I didn't follow the directions on how to avoid Carmel from pooling at the bottom. Too much kid chaos to roll the apple forever and I had no room in the freezer to harden it fast.

I loved Peters Caramel, it comes in a 5 pound loaf, so you can slice off the amount you will be using, it is easily microwavable. The taste is delicious, I use the caramel to cover apples and other dried fruit. I have ordered Peters Caramel a couple of times and will continue to order it. I use to make my own caramel for apples but now I don't even need to go to that fuss because Peters is easy to use, and tastes even better than my homemade!

I make turtles and chocolate covered caramels for Christmas each year. This caramel was not dried out and made my turtles yummy. It is an easy product to use and makes awesome turtles and candy. I have built my reputation for candy making based on quality ingredients like your caramel.
