We go through a block of this every year for cooking and baking. Very smooth, the block is easy to work with and melts perfectly. The best tasting caramel out there.

Makes the best Carmel apples and didn't spend an hour unwrapping plastic from the store brand .Just make sure you purchased enough apples !

This is wonderful caramel and it holds up on the shelf well. It has a three year shelf life although I don't expect it to last that long.

Good bye Theme park caramel apples! I can bow make them myself! The caramel is rich and creamy! It gave me Disneyland flash backs without the $12 price! This 5lbs loaf makes about 30 small/medium apples. I didn't use a double boiler instead I used a microwave safe plastic bowl and put in the microwave for 2 minutes at a time and stirred. I liked a chilled baking sheet with parchment. Here is how I was able to to dip 30 apples. Once chilled and settled I cut off the excess and reheated. I dipped each apple back in white chocolate and everything came out beautiful!

I wanted to have ready-made caramel on hand for chocolate covered caramels and for apples. Easy melt and stays soft enough for dipping apples and for cutting into bite-sized chocolate covered caramels. Will buy again and again.

I use this a lot! Easy to melt.Improve please; storing this after open, not dented in as mine arrived looking rough. Other than that it worth using to save time.

Most delicious caramel ever! I'm not a huge fan of caramel but this brand changed my mind. I bought it to make caramel apples for a birthday and am slowly eating the leftover caramel as a snack!
