I bought this to make corned beef and cabbage with brisket we had in the freezer. I used my Crock Pot. Rave reviews on the flavors from the pickling spices. I would definitely order this again.

Great mixture and it looks wonderful in the pickling jar. One issue- too much cinnamon. That's not terrible but it's more of a " winter taste". Like-Mulled cider Im happy with the mixture because the ingredients are aromatic. Nice quality ingredients.

Family loved the homemade corned beef. It was amazing! pink salt and this pickling spice by McCormick's. You can Never go wrong with McCormick's spices. I'm not even getting paid for this glowing review!

We buy one of these a year and it is perfect from freshly opened to the bottom of the bottle. We've tried other pickling spices in the past and they just aren't the same - we're die hard McCormic fans when it comes to picking spice. Fresh and tasty!

This product is above beyond the average pickling spice that is available on the grocery shelves! It is nice spicy tasting, as if the ingredients were just 'picked' packaged!

Used as a substitute for home ground spices in a cure I was making for a brisket that eventually became pastrami. Only added some fresh garlic, sugar, and the prague powder and it was great. The spices definitely helped with the flavor, and I doubt I'd have noticed any difference even if I made the mix from scratch. Time and money saver.

Only use this for a short period of time each year and the store is always out. Got this nice big container and now have enough to get me through spring. Cook my corn beef in it then dump the greasy water and start over with new spice and new water, corned beef is great and this container gives me enough spice to do the job plus NO greasy meat.
