Seems to be a good quality however I prefer capsules these are not, making it a little harder for me to swallow.

It keeps my hip pain low at about 1-2 on scale of 10. Love that it is plant based.

Excellent and works great for me. Prior to taking these daily. My knee would crack when I bend it. After taking these daily for a week or two. I no longer have my knee cracking when I bend and stretch.

Many oil the Calcium tablets are mineral based and your body does not absorb them. This used in combination with magnesium citrate will help reverse bone loss.

I like that it is from a plant and also has other vitamins included such as K-2, D3 and magnesium among others included in one tablet. It's somewhat large but easy to swallow with water and doesn't cause stomach upset.

Usually when I take calcium, it messes up my stomach. I've experienced no negative effects. I have to hold back on a complete review until i do my bone density test later on this year. My hope is that it is going to make a difference.
