My calcium has gone up, and since I don't eat vegetables, it's the same as eating them, because they're plant base!!!

This is a great option to take if you truly need a calcium supplement. I have found that the vast majority of the population does not need to supplement calcium since calcium is in virtually everything. If you are having problems like osteoporosis may I suggest you do research into Vitamin K2 instead.

This product doesn't seem to work, it's like swallowing chalk it gets stuck in my throat the pills are huge I try to grind up and it's just like chalk I'm wondering where the vegetable park in the product is? Not sure about this product try to research it and could not find information and I know for a fact that I always research stuff. I liked that it contained all the necessary ingredients for what it is targeted for!I disliked tho that I have to consume so many tablets a day to get the benifits!

Highly recommended. It’s the only plant-based vegan calcium I’ve been able to find that does not cause issues. Another manufacturer claimed it was vegan and my food allergy test proved otherwise as I’m allergic to scallops and don’t eat them but it came up on my test!

This is my third order, and probably will be in future. My bones got better according my bone density scan, after start using plant based calcium, before I was using Citracal. Definitely recommend.
