As a male, I feel that the calcium source being plant based is a healthier version of the supplement for me. Also liked the added strontium for bone density. I used the supplement after breaking my femur bone to aid healing

This is good stuff. I have a lot of food sensitivities and this product didn't set any off for me. The pills are also very fancy looking too!

Love the fact that it's vegan! Does not hurt my stomach and the pills are smaller for easier swallowing. Would highly recommend!

My heel was hurting so much I was desperate to find something that would help, not only to mask the symptoms but actually cure my heel pain. I was wondering if It was due to the mineral deficiency so I ordered this calcium supplement. Just after 3 days to pain was much less and after 6 days I feel like nothing ever happened To my heel. I had this pain for years, nothing helped not even yoga, until I found this product. This supplement is great and I don't think it could be substituted by cheaper forms of calcium because this one is so complete, it has vitamin D and vitamin k2 so the calcium “knows” where in the body it needs to be deposited. Wonderful product!

Wanted vegan calcium this one has good combo of D-3, Vit K-2 lots of other good stuff!

I have noticed a body change with this calcium and I've bought my 2nd bottle. As I approach 73 I want to notice a difference when I use a supplement and this one is noticeably excellent.
