Seems to be a good quality however I prefer capsules these are not, making it a little harder for me to swallow.

I love that the product is vegan and wheat-free and that it contains additional vitamins to improve the absorption of calcium. There's no taste to the pills, but they're BIG and one serving is 3 per day. That'll be challenging for me to get down.

I came down with osteoporosis even taking the more usual rock calcium. Started to investigate more about treatment of osteoporosis. It seems calcium from sea algae helps to form bones a bit better. Between this and weight bearing exercises and jumping may help my bones. These pills are easy to swallow and do not give me indigestion which I am happy about.

I love the ingredients in this product. I switched to plant based calcium about a year ago and I definitely notice a difference, particularly in joints that were slightly arthritic. The brand I started taking suddenly increased their price by almost double so I searched again. Many people do not know that you should not take more than 500-600 mg of calcium at a time because your body can't absorb more than that. I liked that 1 1/2 of these pills twice a day would give me the 1000 mg I needed. This brand said the pills are easy to cut in half, and they are. The problem is the pills are big and when they're split there are sharper edges that just don't go down well.

I keep reordering these supplements because I literally see the difference they make for my fingernails. If I can actually see results in my fingernails, I can only imagine the other things they do for my body where I can't see.

I really like these. They do not give me a stomach ache, there is no after taste and my blood work has had good CA/MG levels since I have been taking them. They seem to do as they claim. I will continue to order.

My husband and I take calcium, so I purchase this bottle with 90 tabs to share. I would presume that we each should get 45 pills, but when I counted them out directly from the bottle, there were only 89. I recounted twice and came up with the same number. I am just sharing this information because if the company's process is unknowingly shorting each bottle by one pill, then the consumer is not receiving the number of pills as stated on the bottle.
