Mission: The organization was formed to develop a setting that the youngsters from throughout the state, can lead to better adults, through sports/recreation/ cultural programs.
Programs: Explorer academy - a week long residental youth program with youth members coming from various communities sponsored by the boy scouts of america - learning for life program. Participants are given instructions in a variety of police-related subject matter, tested and scored on their retention and displaying of what has been taught.
equestrian program - equestrian maintenance of the horses including veterinary, grooming, and feeding of the horses, etc.
