I just found out that I was looking at it when I was filling new tablets there's a big crack underneath on it where you put the tablets in and it's just I don't think it should be cracked I mean it's not even a year old so I mean it's a great product but it just didn't hold up and it had it attached to the side of the spa so I wasn't banging around on anything could I get that replaced

Appears to be working as advertised. Spa water is crystal clear and no more adding chemicals after each use.

I got tired of adding granular chlorine, so gave this a try. I adjusted it to number 1 as a guess and my chlorine levels have been good three days now. I think its going to work perfectly in the long run.

This is exactly what I need for 1” bromine tablet. Some comments said that it rusted. I haven't seen signs of that yet. I guess time will tell.

This is, by far, the best hit-tub maintenance product I've ever purchased! I bought it in preparation for a months long vacation so the person charged with looking after the tub wouldn't have to remember to sanitize it frequently. I “experimented” with it in the 3 weeks prior to leaving to get the feeding right and the water balanced. Once I had it set all the person needed to do was test the water and oocheck the amount of tablets every so often (about every week and a half) and add a tablet if needed. I got home to a sparkling clean tub! It is wonderful that I don't need to be adding sanitizer every day and if I go away for a few days I don't worry that the tub will “turn” on me. Product is great! I love it.
