We have been wearing Port Authority Challenger Jackets in our family for years. We love them. This one is no different. Just a little snug around the bottom.

Port Authority has been a good brand. This jacket lives up to the brand. It is quality made, warm, and fits true to size. The only slight knock I have of it is the inside pocket is just a straight opening to the rest of the jacket so anything put in that pocket could get lost anywhere in the inside of the jacket.

Large seems just a little smaller than other jackets but it still works. Warm too.

Value and great coat for all occasions.

Comfortable but too snug compared to another jacket same brand

I knew before i purchased it that the medium would be a tad small for me but it still fits nicely. So nice in fact that the very next day i ordered another one. I wanted a large but it's just a little too big on me.

I'm mostly very happy with this jacket. It's comfortable and warm: keeps me warm in the 40 deg F range. When it gets below the 35 deg F range, I'd wear a sweatshirt underneath, and I'm warm (comfortably cool) down to the 20 deg F range. Repels light rain snow better than expected (but I'd get a dedicated rain jacket for spending extended periods in wet weather). I'm 6'0, weigh approx 215 lbs. and I ordered the 2XL because I'd like room to wear sweatshirt underneath on colder days, and I'm very happy with the fit. I'm not a fan of the fleece on the inside of the collar, but that's on me; I should've thought about this before I purchased, but not a deal-breaker. The fleece collar is just a bit uncomfortable for me when it gets wet. NBD tho. Overall, I'm very happy.

It is the warmest and best waterproof jacket that I ever bought. The inside pockets are great, but the outside pocket zippers get snagged regularly by the pocket liners.
