I was surprised it fit. I'm 5 foot 8 and weigh 240. It was a snug comfortable fit for me.

The material is quite warm and should have some rain resistance. The size runs small. If you wear a t-shirt only, there is no problem. Wearing a winter shirt will make it a tight fit.
