This is the perfect polo shirt for any job where you will be moving a lot or maybe even outdoors because it is super light and functional. It's a really good durable material but not heavy at all and it fit perfect! I'm usually a large in shirts, so ordered a large and I still have a nice amount of room in the shirt. Not snuggling at all. You can possibly go a size down determining on how you life your fit, but I prefer a nice comfortable, breathing room type fit for my polos.
