I rinse with soapy water gloves on and let dry in the sun for an hour. Perfect.

I had to order 3 different sizes to finally get a size that would fit. Large is small and the largest is regular large. The cotton glove is very small and tight no matter what size we ordered. We use the gloves to open oysters and for that it works very well. Just hard to get on and off. Saves our hands from injury though and that's what we ordered them for.

I work's, I purchased a small as I have small hands and the fingers are not to long for me. I also didn't get cut when I used the glove on the mandoline slicer.

If you've ever upset the vampire kitchen implement known as the mandolin slicer then you know why you need one of these. No more slicing and fear waiting to lose a finger. No more leaving half a potato or onion behind because you don't want a slice of finger off.

See my wife has fingers that appear to be magnet. Somehow, she always manages to stab knives into them and almost needed stitches on a few occasions. So when I bought my new very fancy expensive knife, I made sure to buy a glove so she doesn't actually manage to chop off her finger since that seems to be her goal. She has worn the gloves and so far, so good. I do want to point out that the gloves don't protect from a stab, more of a slash. So whatever you do, do not try to impress a group of people by recreating the scene from the movie alien because this will not save you.
