My husband cleans fish professionally. The gloves are great but the durability isn't too great. This is only after 3 weeks of using these gloves.

I bought one of these gloves (didn't realize the 1 in the description meant 1 glove not 1 pair) primarily to use when cleaning the blade of my Beswood 10 meat slicer blade. The blade is about as sharp as a razor blade, but 10 across and difficult to handle. Well sure enough the blade slipped and I grabbed it, instinctually, by the sharp edge which would have sliced my hand to the bone. Remarkably there was NO injury of any kind, the glove had taken the impact with no damage to me or the glove. I was so impressed I ordered a second glove to make it a pair.

I have a tendency to be busy and accidentally slice my fingers when prepping vegetables. I bought this to see if it would work and stop that from happening. This glove works and does the job. You can wash it easily by soaking it in some hot soapy water or even wash like you're washing your hands and then let drip dry on a dish rack.

No era lo que esperaba,,, pense que era tejido en maya de acero, pero es una fibra no muy resistente a la abrasin, aunque no lo he probado la resistensia al corte, sin embargo por el precio es una buena adquisicion de seguridad para los hijos que estan aprendiendo a cocinar, (Rayar, Cortar, descamar, etc) e incluso para quienes cocinamos con frecuencia para adelgazar o tajar carnes y pescados. Tiene una correa muy practica para trabajos fuertes y duraderos, me gusta el producto en un 90, y pueden comprarlo.

This glove has saved the fingers of my husband and I am so pleased with that. It fit perfect and he uses it when he is cutting meat and when canning. The product is well made, very good quality and the price is good too.

I ordered this glove to use with my mandolin for safety. It works wonderful. It kept my hand perfectly safe. We had to use it in a different way for an emergency as well though. I had a squirrel in between the walls of my bedroom. This squirrel had eaten the outlet in my room and we were trying to replace it. The squirrel was trying to bite the electrician. We were able to use this glove to get the squirrel out and repair the outlet without someone getting hurt. I know this isn't the intention of the glove but it worked wonderfully. I added this part to the review because it survived the squirrel trying to rip it to shreds. Now that's what I call great quality! I am very happy with this product!

I am not using it in the kitchen. I bought it to protect my holding hand when chopping and pruning in the garden. I am very pleased with the extra protection it provides. It is very flexible and easy to put on. I ordered a large as that is size of my garden gloves. It fits fine but is snug. Works fine but would probably replace it with an extra large. Would buy it again!

Very pleased with my purchase. Glove is well made. I used the sizing chart and settled on X-Large due to the length of my fingers. Perfect fit in that respect. I was able to move my hand freely and get a good grip on the meat I was cutting. The glove is big in the sense that my fingers are fat enough to fill the finger openings. If you have a chubby hand/fingers you will have no problem with the fit.
