I rinse with soapy water gloves on and let dry in the sun for an hour. Perfect.

I work's, I purchased a small as I have small hands and the fingers are not to long for me. I also didn't get cut when I used the glove on the mandoline slicer.

See my wife has fingers that appear to be magnet. Somehow, she always manages to stab knives into them and almost needed stitches on a few occasions. So when I bought my new very fancy expensive knife, I made sure to buy a glove so she doesn't actually manage to chop off her finger since that seems to be her goal. She has worn the gloves and so far, so good. I do want to point out that the gloves don't protect from a stab, more of a slash. So whatever you do, do not try to impress a group of people by recreating the scene from the movie alien because this will not save you.

Size with spot on with the measurements. It works is advertised. I use it with a mandolin. I don't find the strap necessary.

I bought this glove because I recently bought a mandolin and this glove provides the safety I need.Also handy when sharpening tools. I think it will be durable. One note, I bought the 2xl and I don't think I have large hands. With the inner glove on , the glove is snug in the width with a little room in the fingers so maybe they run small.

I recently literally severed my finger tip with a knife. Sorry to gross anyone out. I was petrified of knives till I got this glove. I'm ordering another for the other hand. I tend to be clumsy with knives.
