I live in a very cold climate. Wool hat is a necessity, but I'm allergic. This creates a great barrier to the wool. Also provides protection on my face without feeling restricted. Fits snug and breathes. Will use in the autumn when hiking and black flies are biting. Great product and exactly as described.

This fabric is too thin for winter use. Find a thicker one if you want to have a warmer head. Great for warmer weather.

Received this in a package that looked like it had been repackaged a few times.Put it on to test fitment, and omg ... it smelled like someone used it as a seat for a week, yep, smelled like crotch. So, ok, I'll wash it. While washing/rinsing, a lot of black dye came out, so, don't wash this with your normal clothes until it's stopped bleeding dye.Other than that, it does fit, and will do as intended.
