I had no problem with how mine arrived. Looks brand new and works great! I work at a middle school so this sits on my desk and gets lots of comments by the kiddos. Seems like descent quality. Over all happy I took a chance and bought it!

Really cute dispenser! It’s filled with what I think are metal beads so it’s got some weight to it. You have to make sure that your notes are the “accordion” style pop ups so that they’re able to come out, the regular notes that come off all on one side won’t work with this.
