I love to use it in smoothies and in my favorite cookies, besides eating a couple spoonfuls of it satisfies that craving for a little something in between meals. And I am thrilled to see hazelnut orchards here in the USA. I hope to see a lot more of them.

I wish I had read the reviews on this. I have been trying to switch to decaf coffee because of health reasons but decaf is a bit gross. I bought this to flavor it. Yes the decaf tastes so much better but I put it in after I brewed it. I'm now drinking now bits and pieces of nuts Which is not exactly appealingly in coffee. I'll have to try brewing this with the coffee next time to avoid drinking pieces.

This is NOT a DRY POWDER.It will not dissolve into coffee or other liquids.It is finely ground, and would be fine in a smoothie or other things that would hide the texture, or that the texture would be ok with.IT IS A VERY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT.Just make sure it will work for what you want.
