This foam roller is amazing! I have S-curve scoliosis with arthritis in several vertebrae. I roll my spine out up and down the wall on this roller almost every day. It moves my ribs and vertebrae back into better alignment easing my pain and my breathing. I get better relief than a chiropractic adjustment and I travel with it, too.

For me, the small size and the spine groove make this bolster hit just the right spots. I lay on it when my neck is tense and it puts pressure right on the knot. Then I roll it down my back and it cracks my spine. Saves me a trip to the chiropractor. Love it!

Good product for rolling my spine. I love the channel in the middle for my spine. I work my back from top to bottom with this. It could be a little more firm - it's halfway between a tennis ball and lacrosse ball for firmness.

I have a rib that likes to pop out of it's facet and it allows my t6 or t7 vertibre to rotate a bit. it hurts and pops constantly. I got this because i was hoping it would help align the vertebre. i already have a straight cylinder foam roller that cracks my back pretty good. I like this little guy, i keep it at work because it is nice and compact.

Its a bit softer than most other foam rollers ive used in the past and because it isnt very long, its somewhat difficult to roll straight back and forth on. also because its a little too soft, it doesnt give me the cracks im hoping for a lot of the time.

...But wait... i am in less pain on a regular basis than i was a few weeks ago. i think that means its working. it isnt a maigc bullet that has cured my back by any means, but i do think it has improved my spinal alignment at least a little and it does offer temporary relief.

if this product was maybe 6 inches longer and i tiny bit firmer, it would be the best product on the market.

This is the same roller I use at the chiropractor's office. Well made and works wonders for my sore neck and back.

But once you get it its great. I use it up and down my spine. I have scoliosis and this allows the muscles the relax w/o pushing on the spine. The balancing it takes I believe helps me build a stronger core. Double bonus.

I just tried the Myo-Roller for the first time after a hard mountain bike ride and Im giving it high praise! Im 6-2 190 lbs. and for me this thing is just the right size just the right firmness and texture and contacts the muscles in just the right places when used on the back. Using the weight of my body I simply roll over it pausing for moments at a time along the way letting it sink in until getting a release. When I got to the mid-back, just between the shoulder blades, I got a nice quadruple crack! and then one or two more. A very satisfying adjustment - the kind where you can actually breathe better afterwards. Almost as good as having someone walk on your back!

It is a bit harder than I anticipated, but I can get used to it. Otherwise it is fine; a bit expensive. As far as the other evals you have sent: there are dozens and dozens going back two to three years. I do not have the time or motivation to answer them. STC

I constantly have trigger points in my upper back from sitting at a computer all day at work. After doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to purchase this item. It works great at relieving my trigger points and I like it very much.

I purchased this hoping that I could avoid the occasional trips to the chiropractor that are the result of an old sports injury that flares up 5 or 6 times a year. I have a very specific location (upper back between shoulder blades on the right side) that sometimes gets frozen that I was unable to mobilize again by myself and would require a visit to the chiropractor. As soon as I start to feel the tightness in that spot, I get this roller out and just roll back and forth increasing the weight I put on it until I can feel it loosen up/pop. It doesn't always work on the first try. Sometimes I need to stretch first to loosen up the muscles or even take a hot bath/shower, but it usually after that it works. I've only had to go to the doc once since I purchased this. In the year or so that I've had this, I've probably saved 10x the cost of it in visits. i also occasionally grab it and do a few full length spine rolls just as preventative maintenance and I usually get a couple pops from that as well.I have noticed that it seems to be becoming a little squishier over time, and I expect that I will probably need to replace it at some point when it is no longer firm enough to work effectively.

This is an o.k. product, works well but it is a bit soft for me (210 lbs) and it doesn't feel like it is going to hold up. Targets muscles around the spine and between the scapula very well.

I got this roller for my upper back and works perfectly for that purpose: the shape gets right into the area between the spine and the shoulder blades which is impossible to reach with a regular roller.- This Myo-Roller has about the same diameter as other rollers: 5 1/2 inches; and is about 6 inches long.- It's firmer than a soft Melt type roller, and about as firm as your basic white roller, but made of a bit different material. It's great for working your glutes, IT band, shoulders, any tight muscles or other soft tissue and anything else you would use a regular roller for, with the difference that because of the shape you can get into all the nooks and crannies much easier! On many areas it works a lot better than a tennis ball or spike ball.Because it's small it is sometimes harder to balance on it, but you'll get the hang of it quickly.Even if you already have several rollers like I do, this one is a great addition to your roller arsenal!

I have had 2 lumbar surgeries 15 years and still am not feeling great. I also have a pain when I sit on a hard surface for certain period of time. I feel the best thing I can do now is excercise, stretche and message. This little roller is great and is designed for lumbar including tailbone & butcock; there is a groove in the middle so it won't compress on your vertibrate part or tailbone that sticks out. Very safe and comfortable to use.I start on the sitting position of the roller and slowly let it go up from my buttcock to the lumbar and upper back and neck. You can (a) roll it back and forth while laying on your back against it to the floor; (b) pause at different pressure point and hold it there for several seconds. While doing the above, I could hear my spine cracks and realigns which is great; I don't need to go to a chiropractor. I love this roller and use it everyday.
