The item is a good concept. But after about 3 weeks of use, it broke in half where the seam is. Poor construction!!

I did not open the box when this roller arrived home. Unless my husband or son put the instructions enclosed in the box, this product did not come with instructions including exmaples of the exercises for users to try at home.It is small and is a weired looking roller, and I have no idea what to do with it.
