The first one of these bad boys I bought 2 years ago and suddenly it got just a pin sized hole that turned into a tiny tear so it's no longer usable. This ball has seen much love in those 2 years and a lot of extremely enthusiastic bouncing as I use it primarily for my ADHD to manage bursts of energy. I also use it in VR, as a spare chair, something to rest of roll around on when I'm bored, I've dribbled it, kicked it across the room, bounced on it with another person which put us well over weight capacity, landed on it from a full standing position more times than I could ever count, had cats with their claws crawling all over it next to me while I was on it, used it to stretch my back by laying just the back of my my torso on it, I could go on and on. The one I bought was like $31 at the time so that's like $1 and some change a month for something that's hella useful. I've also contributed a lot to the sales of these babies through making it look so fun my friends just had to get one too, lol, so I link to the one I got cause they want one they know will be good. Never found anyone dissatisfied either, happy faces all around. I even bought an extra one while over at my boyfriend's house. I left it there for him to use, he likes it but finds it harder to balance than I do, but I've been using balls as a primary form of char for like 5-6 years now so it's gonna be that way

I bought this ball to help with my hip exercises. I use to stretch out my muscles and some core exercises.

I have bought this brand in the past and had no problems. I bought to have at my office and I only work 2-3 days a week at the office. The ball does not appear to have a hole or anything. I have my own office and don't know why this has happened.Update: I received a message from Trideer that they will be sending me a new ball. Thank you for the great customer service.

Nice and sturdy. I use it almost everyday for my posture and exercise, by the end of the week I have to inflate it a bit because it losses air. I initially bought it to rock my baby to sleep but it was too small for that.

The included pump is not great and takes about 15 minutes to blow up by stomping on the pump over and over. Otherwise, the ball itself is great.

I was sitting on this ball at work and it exploded dumping me on the ground. My broken arm was just healing and of course i feel onto that arm. Just lucky i didn't hit my head. The ball was less than a month old. My previous yoga ball lasted for 10 years. This was dangerously defective. Do not buy.

great product

I was expecting at full inflation that the ball would be sturdier but I sink all the way in and farther than I expected. I have used these at the gym and it did not give so much. I thought I was ordered the heaviest duty ball possible but I think not. I'm no waif so I don't expect miracles but this made me feeling like I in a lounge chair rather than an exercise-inducing environment. Overall quality was good just not what I needed. The included manual pump kit is worthless unless you make blowing up ball your entire workout.UPDATEThe Trideer folks were in touch w/ me about the review and wanted to make sure I was completely satisifed! The fact that they cared enough to follow up and provide that level of customer service was enough to win me over but they also sent me a replacement ball that was firmer than the original ball I ordered! The replacement was perfect and I wanted to be sure I updated to let anyone reading this know that they have displayed excellent customer service and went beyond what they had to to make sure customer(me) was satisified. Thank you!

Strengthing my core

Firstly, this ball was quick and easy to inflate! Took no time at all using the included hand pump. Sitting on the ball and doing simple exercises with it has alleviated my pregnancy hip pain tremendously. Highly recommend if you're pregnant! My husband also enjoys bouncing on it so I can see it sticking around well after my baby is born.

Very pretty color but runs too small.Got for our daughter who is 5.3 high, we got this L size but it's too small and didn't work for 30 inch high desk, unless if you raise your arms high to work on your PC which is strain your arms. Reordering XL and will update review.

I'm a big fan of Trideer stability balls because they're so thick and supportive. I had a herniated disc in my lower back that no other method was able to address. I ordered a L ball that fixed my back when I arched my back across it. I reordered this ball after years of using the other one. Unfortunately this one was the S size, even though my order says I ordered a L. If I had checked it in time, I could have exchanged it for the right size. But I was delayed in checking it and missed the window of time. However, it is definitely a nice, thick, high quality ball.

Blowing up the ball was easy as it included a foot pump. A plastic pin goes into the hole to secure the air seal. I have exercised with it with the full weight of my body (195 pounds) and not had any issues. I would keep it away from sharp table corners and objects but I suspect this product will last a long time.
